Taryn Brown is a fitness/wellness teacher, dance enthusiast, and multimedia freelancer. She works as adjunct faculty at St. Mary's College of Maryland in the Department of Theater, Film, and Media Studies, and as a Multimedia Specialist at Avian LLC. She has an MFA from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a BFA from the University of NC School of the Arts in Dance. Her certifications include YogaFit Level I, Ballet Fitness from the American Sports and Fitness Association, and WERQ cardio dance. She is also a Power Pilates Complete Mat Trainer.
